- Bids are being solicited by Cultural & Economic Development, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work (“Company”) to furnish 2025 Christmas Decorations for multiple properties. See document for details and locations. Bids are due on March 19th, 2025 by 5pm. . Trees with classic red decorations o 1 – 9ft Unlit garland with red decorations to match tree Company will provide all materials and services such as installing/decorating with garland, bows, lights, trees and wreaths. All sites will be decorated before the first Friday in December and all decorations will be removed no later than the second week in January. Company will store and maintain these items for future use and ensure they are of excellent quality before installation begins next year. Bidders are encouraged to visit each site and provide input for ideas for decorations. Provide pricing by location and item.
