9-13-2023 Added addendum 1 Sealed bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for museum repairs to the Cherokee Nation Prison. Bids are due September 19th , 2023 by 5:00 PM THERE IS A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at 10am Project Summary and Scope of Work Cherokee Nation Prison Museum 08/03/2023 The building is constructed of single-story reinforced concrete walls with stone veneer exterior walls with a full reinforced concrete basement. The basement walls extend above grade with the same stone veneer. The roof is a steel framed flat roof with a membrane and insulation. There is an elevated concrete porch at the front and a concrete ramp and entrance at the back that acts as the main entrance. The windows are fixed wood with iron bars set in concrete on the exterior side. The building is not sprinkled. The project consists of minor repairs to the windows and doors, painting, and masonry and concrete repair. There will be regrading to direct water away from the building. The existing drainage systems will be inspected for functionality and be repaired and addressed to ensure proper functionality. The adjacent building will have its downspout tied into the drainage system.
