- The Cherokee Nation will be accepting sealed bids on behalf of the Crossland Construction Management Team for the Tahlequah Justice Center. Bids will be accepted from Indian & non-Indian owned companies. Indian Preference based on TERO certification will apply. See attached documents. CM addendum #1 for bid package #2 has been issued for the Cherokee Nation – Justice Center. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Bidding Information o Added Trade Contract 22A – Plumbing o Added Trade Contract 23A – Electrical - A Non-Mandatory pre bid is scheduled for 6/23/2026 at 9:00 am - Bid Date has moved to 7/09/2026 at 2:00 pm (reference bid package) - Public Bid – bids must be mailed or hand delivered.
