The selected system should streamline reservation booking, facilitate efficient point-of-sale transactions, and enhance the overall customer experience. The solution must provide robust features for managing bookings, payment processing, guest communications, inventory management, and reporting. This system is intended to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and deliver superior service to campground guests. The timetable below is subject to change, but if any modifications to the project schedule are made, they will promptly be communicated to all bidders.  February 26th, 2025 – RFP posted  March 7th, 2025 – 1 p.m. CST mandatory pre-bid call.  March 10th, 2025 – Supplier questions due by 4 p.m. CST  March 12th, 2025 – CED responses to suppliers via electronic delivery  March 17th, 2025– Bid responses are due to CED by 4 p.m. CST  March 19th, 2025 – Supplier de-scope/demos with the CED team  March 21st, 2025– Vendor selection and notification  April 1st, 2025- Contract negotiation and signature  April 15th, 2025 – Implementation  June 1st, 2025 – Go Live
