The Cherokee Nation is accepting sealed bids from interested parties for a robot for Cherokee Nation Emergency Management. Interested parties are to provide a sealed bid to furnish product equal to or better than the specifications provided.

PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. ON JULY 8, 2024. ANY PROPOSAL REVIEVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED "SEALED BIDS, DO NOT OPEN, SOLICATION: "ROBOT", ALL SEALED BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND RECORDED ON JULY 8, 2024 @ 3PM. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
