The Cherokee Nation now seeks vendors to submit proposals to provide dental services for Talking Leaves Job Corps (TLJC).

RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE NO LATER THAN 5:00 ON FRIDAY, JULY 12, 2024. ENVELOPE MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED "RFP-DENTAL ASSISTANT" Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
