BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2024. INDIAN PREFERENCE APPLIES TO ALL CHEROKEE NATION REQUESTS FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS. INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN ONLY TO BIDDERS WHO PROVIDE PROOF OF CURRENT CERTIFICATION FROM THE CHEROKEE NATION TRIBAL EMPLOYMENTS OFFICE (TERO) AND MUST ACCOMPANY AND BE INCLUDED IN BID SUBMITTAL.
