- The Nation is seeking proposals from interested parties with qualifications, credentials, and previous experience providing services for organizations similar in size and scope. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JULY 02, 2024. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
