The property will be posted for bids on the Cherokee Nation Procurement Website, at www.cherokeebids/org under HACN Procurements, Solicitation #2024-001-055 "Notice of Land Sale". All inquiries should be made by email to Jerri Killer at jerri.killer@hacn.org

Detail

All sales of surplus lands, or interests therein, are subject to the confirmation of the HACN. The HACN reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid proposals should be sent by registered mail to the HACN Contracts Office, at PO Box 1007, Tahlequah, Ok 74465-1007, by July 9, 2024, until 4:00 PM. Hand delivered bud will be received at the HACN Administration Building located at 1500 Hensley Drive, Tahlequah, OK 74464, on July 10, until 9:59 AM. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure delivery of bids by the specified deadline. Any bids received after the designated date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Accepted bid will be opened and read publicly on July 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the HACN Admin Conference at the address above.
