The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the demo and removal of existing paving and replace per attached construction documents for the Cherokee Nation Roadway Paving at the North Corner of West Persimmon by the Council House, west end of Complex located in Cherokee County.

A site visit is scheduled for Monday, June 03, 2024 at 10:00 am in the parking lot area in front of the old Restaurant of the Cherokees, please contact David Moore at 918-525-2177. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2024. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. ***ADDENDUM 01 POSTED 06/03/24*** - ANOTHER SCHEDULED SITE VISIT ALONG WITH REVISED DATES FOR THE PROJECT ARE IN THE ADDENDUM.
