- SEALED PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY CHEROKEE NATION PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, MICHELLE PARSONS, NO LATER THAN MAY 31, 2024 BY 5:00 P.M. CT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. SUBMITTALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED SEALED PROPOSAL - REVENUE CYCLE CONSULTING COMPANY - DO NOT OPEN. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. ***DUE TO LIMITED RESPONSE, THE SEALED RFP HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2024***
