Description

The Nation is requesting sealed proposals from interested, qualified companies to provide training sessions and equipment for various locations. The Cherokee Nation will partner with the successful party in the development of distance learning technology which also includes installing of equipment.

Detail

Complete information regarding the scope of work and specifications are provided in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Sealed proposals must be received by Cherokee Nation Purchasing Department, Michelle Parsons, no later than May 17, 2024 by 5:00 pm CT to be eligible for award. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered for award. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
