The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for event scaffolding services for the Cherokee National Holiday in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet and utilize the mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive.

BID GIVEN AN EXTENSION UNTIL 5:00 P.M. ON MARCH 11, 2024. ADDENDUM #1 FOR EVENT SCAFFOLDING SERVICES POSTED 2/27/2024. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON MARCH 4, 2024. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
