- The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified General Contractors to provide the demolition, renovation, and addition to the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation Fourth Street Office Building. Qualified and interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials supplies and supervision to complete the entire project This project has already been permitted through the City of Tahlequah; individual trade permits may still be required. Work will be completed according to the Architect supplied Project Manual, scope of work, plans and specifications. Building Specifications consist of a Single-story, non-sprinkled office building with 10,850sf, plus the addition of 1,054sf. Project to include additional site work and parking spaces, demolition and relocation of utility service to the building.
