Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M., MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2024. A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2024 AT 2:00 P.M. CT IN THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES BUILDING LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM, 17665 S. MUSKOGEE AVENUE, TAHLEQUAH, OK 74464. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals.
