Description: The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a parking lot at the Cherokee Nation Real Estate Department located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (Cherokee County). ADDENDUM 01 POSTED 02/02/24
Detail: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Financial Resources Large Conference Room (directly behind the Main Complex), 17665 S. Muskogee, Tahlequah, Oklahoma then a site visit will follow at the Cherokee Nation Real Estate Department, located across from W.W. Keeler Tribal Complex in Tahlequah, OK. Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M., FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 09, 2024. A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 09, 2024 BY 2:00 P.M. IN THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES BUILDING LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM, 17665 S. MUSKOGEE AVENUE, TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA 74464. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
