- The objective of the RFB is to receive bids for the specific project outlined in this RFB. The construction project for the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) consists of full development of the 33 Lot subdivision, with 12 new construction homes; Three (3) single home type 1, three (3) single home type 2, two (2) single handicap accessible home type 3, and four (4) single home type 4. Sod lots with completed houses, strip between curb and sidewalk and 3’ strip along edge of all other site paving. Continue curb and gutter along lots where homes are not being constructed. The House Plans and Site Plan issued by the Architect/Engineer are included for reference. The HACN is requesting bids to be based on these plans, but upon negotiations, the plans may be altered at the request of the HACN.
