The objective of the RFB is to receive bids for the specific project outlined in this RFB. The site development project for the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) consists of the site work and utilities for the future development of multifamily units. Site Plan issued by the Engineer are included for reference. Any exclusions or clause to be turned in with sealed bid. The HACN is requesting bids to be based on these plans, but upon negotiations, the plans may be altered at the request of the HACN.
