- The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties to replace and install one (1) 10-ton HVAC unit and one (1) 30-ton HVAC unit for Greasy Immersion School located in Adair County.

- A site visit is required and interested parties are to call and schedule the site visit with Ramona Ketcher at 918-506-8986 or ramona-ketcher@cherokee.org. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2023. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
