The Cherokee Nation is seeking proposals from interested parties with qualifications, credentials, and previous experience providing services for organizations similar in size and scope. The specifications are provided in this request for proposal (RFP).

PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 PM ON DECEMBER 14, 2023. ANY PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PROPOSALS MUST BE SINGLE SIDED/DOUBLE SPACED ORIGINAL (EXCLUDING STAFF RESUMES AND REFERENCES) MAY BE EMAILED TO PAM JUMPER, pam-jumper@cherokee.org. IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT LINE LIST: RFP -FOR SPECIALIZED BUSINESS COACH. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
