Description

The Cherokee Nation intends to retain one or more qualified Engineering firms to provide third party MEP review services to the Cherokee Nation for various construction projects. The Nation anticipates entering into an agreement with one or more firms. ***RFQ HAS BEEN EXTENDED***

The Cherokee Nation will receive submittals from qualified firms, Indian owned & non-Indian owned. To receive Indian preference, a firm must be TERO certified and provide a copy of the certificate with the submittal. All correspondence and questions are due by November 30, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT. An addendum addressing the correspondence and questions is anticipated to be posted by December 05, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT with this posting: no other notification will be provided. Submittals should include a Letter of Intent and a Standard Form (SF) 330, five (5) copies, and a key drive will be accepted until December 12, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CT. Complete information and instructions are included in the RFQ document included with this posting. RFQ HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 5:00 P.M., THURSDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2023 DUE TO NO RESPONSES.
