The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the completion of Labor and Material Sod, Hydro Seed, and Hay Installation for the subdivision of six newly construction homes and one vacant lot located in Locust Grove, Oklahoma. This is a New Construction Housing Development Project, and all grounds work will be completed per the scope of work. TO BE CONSIDERED A RESPONSIVE/RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, THE BID SHEET MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED. Bids are due no later than 5:00 P.M. on November 9, 2023. Contractor must self-perform all labor required; no subcontracting of labor will be allowed.
