Title: Hard Rock Casino and Hotel, Building 3, Concrete Removal & Replacement

Description: Sealed bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L. to furnish a proposal for the exterior concrete upgrades at CNE’s Building 3. Building 3 is located on the north side of the Hard Rock property, 1102 N. 193rd East Ave Catoosa, OK 74015, “on the hill”.
Detail: Sealed bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L. to furnish a proposal for the exterior concrete upgrades at CNE’s Building 3. Building 3 is located on the north side of the Hard Rock property, 1102 N. 193rd East Ave Catoosa, OK 74015, “on the hill”. The work requires removal and replacement of sidewalk, handicap ramps, and area drains. All concrete shall be ODOT class AA 4,000 psi, 5%-8% air entrainment, with maximum #67 aggregate. Finish shall be medium broom finish. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:00 am; the purpose of the meeting is to tour the project site and to ask questions of the Project Manager. This pre-bid meeting will be in the parking lot of Building 3, 1102 N. 193rd East Ave Catoosa, OK 74015. In the event of rain, the pre-bid meeting will be inside Building 3, in the White Oak Conference Room.
