- BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 03, 2023. To schedule a site visit prior to bidding the project, please contact Trent Holland at 918-822-2830 for directions and to arrange visit. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
