- The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovations at the JW Sam Building (Phase 2), 701 W. Rollins St. located in Catoosa, Oklahoma. For scheduled on-site visits, please contact: David Moore at 918-525-2177 no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023.

- Bids must be received on or before Friday, October 27, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, JW SAM COMMUNITY/WELLNESS RENOVATIONS (PHASE 2)”. A Public Bid Opening will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks will be required). Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
