Description
The Nation is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide housekeeping services at nine (9) facilities. Proposals will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian companies.

A mandatory site visit is required. The site visit will be by guided by Dana Christie on October 03, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Dana Christie can be reached at 918-316-3715. Please meet at the Facilities Management Administration Building, 22240 S. Cottonwood, Tahlequah, OK. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2023. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
