A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the address listed above (will be held outside). Bids must be received on or before Friday, October 06, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, CHEROKEE NATION DOT ANNEX/LAB (CHEROKEE COUNTY)”. A Public Bid Opening will be held on Friday, October 06, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. in the Financial Resources Breakroom, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
