Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors/construction managers to provide a design-build, fast track renovation solution of the McGill’s on 19 restaurant at our Hard Rock Hotel and Casino located in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Detail

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Friday; September 1st, at 10:00 am CST; the purpose of the meeting is to tour the project site and to ask questions of the Project Manager. This pre-bid meeting will be at McGill’s on 19. Contractors are asked to enter through the employee entrance on the North end of the building. Scope of Work Contractor shall provide design services from an accredited, licensed in Oklahoma architectural/design firm. While it is not anticipated the new design will increase nor decrease electrical or mechanical loads, the contractor will be responsible for MEP layout and design. Contractor shall be prepared to provide four space renderings of the space to be renovated. Contractor shall be prepared to demo and reconstruct the space in less than 56 calendar days from approval of final construction documents. No work to begin until all FFE and millwork has been received. Public areas will be refreshed. Kitchen areas will not be redesigned. Some of the work includes the widening of the corridor between dining floor and private dining, removal of the raised banquette seating, removal of ceilings and soffits, removal of bar equipment and replacement of bar and equipment. Contractor will be responsible for changes to life safety devices, including fire suppression.
