The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties to provide, deliver, and set-up of a handicap accessible 2 bedroom modular home. The modular home specifications are included in this bid packet. THE BID DUE DATE HAS BEEN MOVED TO 5:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 2023. PER ADDENDUM 01.

The homes will be delivered and set-up at designated sites throughout the fourteen (14) county Cherokee Nation Reservation. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. THE BID DUE DATE HAS BEEN MOVED TO 5:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 2023. PER ADDENDUM 01. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023.
